The Hawai‘i Community Foundation (HCF) helps people make a difference by inspiring the spirit of giving and by investing in people and solutions to benefit every island community.

Since 2000, the HCF has administered the Hawai‘i Tobacco Prevention and Control Trust Fund under a contract with the Department of Health (DOH). The HCF offers two grant programs to implement the Trust Fund's goals:
