Heidi Paine

Heidi Paine has been working on the office side of Falcon Computers since we opened in Kona in 2003. Without her diligence on taking care of the bookkeeping, taxes, returns, and occasionally filling in to answer phones or take in computers, we could have never survived. She has not only been a great wife and mother, but support and inspiration throughout all of our days in business.

Awards and achievements

From 2004 to 2008 we were voted "Best of Hawaii" by the voters and published in the Hawaii Island Journal. In 2007 we opened our second store in Waimea/Kamuela and we started winning "best of North Hawaii" in the North Hawaii news. We have won for 2009, 2010, 2012, and 2014, and they so far have never posted the winners for 2015, when North Hawaii News stopped running the awards contest. We've taken pride in winning these awards because we know that it comes from treating folks right. It also helps new customers to see that other people have faith in our work and our equipment. We expect to keep winning them if they start the voting again. We believe that we win because we work hard to give exemplary  service to every customer that walks in through our doors.
