Remote Access Overview
Falcon Computers has remote access services for anyone who does not wish to bring in their computer to the store. We can remotely handle a lot of problems that people experience by directly logging into their computer from our shop. This service is great for businesses that need updates and clean up of their systems. We even set up monthly or bi-monthly plans for our customers. We can tackle most malware or spyware applications, virus removal, and we can check inside Windows to make sure the computer is running well and has no issues. We charge $75 for this service for up to one hour, and $65 every hour after, but most calls take less than an hour. In order for us to be able to connect to your computer remotely, you have to have internet access.
