The mission of the James F. and Marion L. Miller Foundation is to enhance the quality of life of Oregonians through the support of classroom education and the performing, visual, and literary arts.  The grant programs provide both general operating support.

Fast Track Arts Grants provide support to organizations with annual expenses of $25,000 to $499,999. Grants are also available for larger arts organizations with annual expenses of $500,000+.
