A Falcon comes with a one-year warranty on repairs and parts. We do not hide behind limiting policies. So if your computer has any hardware problems you simply bring it in to our store and get it promptly repaired. You don't have to ship it anywhere; no saving your boxes. Falcon systems come with a 1 year warranty for parts and labor. If you wish to purchase an extended warranty, we can do a second year, with the same benefits of the first with no overlaps in coverage.

Falcons are easy to support because of brand name internal components, with drivers and support from us or the manufacturer’s website. The drivers we supply are on separate disks not compressed on a restoration CD, this way it is not necessary to restore the whole system just to reinstall a driver, or application.

When you order a Falcon, it is built by a technician, someone who spends eight hours a day doing what he/she does. When you come back with a question or need help, a technician is better at answering those questions or fixing the problem than a salesperson just trained to SELL at major retail outlets. Our technicians have installed every type of operating system, and have overcome nearly every type of computer hardware or software problem.

If your Falcon develops a problem, you can bring it down to our shop and have it repaired and in most cases the same day. Most major retail outlets only hire salespeople and not technicians, so they must send your computer to the manufacturer or their own central repair facility, repair, and finally sent it back to the retail outlet, where you finally go to pick it up. A loss of time and money to you especially if your machine is used for your business.

Our upgrade policy is unmatched. Since mainboard and CPU updates are so frequent in today’s market, we will simply buy back the motherboard and processor combination from you. This keeps your upgrade from being dependent on your mainboard’s capability. So often the customer is advised to purchase the most advanced mainboard available so they can update the CPU later on. Usually they are told that the new CPU’s wont work because they waited too long. We WILL give you the best advice possible.
