Description: The Conagra Brands Foundation’s Community Impact Grants support nonprofit organizations working to address food insecurity. Funding is available for initiatives focused on food access, nutrition education, cooking skills, healthy and active lifestyles, and community-based urban agriculture programs that build entrepreneurial skills. The Foundation also provides support for nonprofit-led special events.
Childcare Support for Women Working in Healthcare
Zorya Foundation: Mothers in Medicine Fund

Grant amount: $1,000–$12,000
Target population: Mothers working as Direct Service Workers
Description: The Zorya Foundation’s Mothers in Medicine Fund provides childcare support to women working in healthcare who are mothers or primary caregivers. Grants are available to direct service healthcare workers to help offset childcare costs and support job retention. Applicants may apply for either a one-time $1,000 grant to cover one month of childcare or a full-year childcare grant totaling $12,000.
Matching Grants for U.S. Artists Touring Internationally
USArtists International
Application deadline: February 25, 2026
Grant amount: Up to $11,000
Target population: Performing artists
Description: USArtists International supports U.S.-based dance, music, and theater ensembles, as well as individual artists, presenting work at international festivals and performing arts markets outside the U.S. Grants support tours with one to three engagements, including at least one international festival or performing arts market. Funds may be used for artist fees, travel and lodging, visas, shipping, and related costs. All awards require a 1:1 cost share.
CHS Invests in Future Agricultural Leaders
CHS: Cooperative Education

Grant amount: $1,000–$500,000
Target population: Youth in agricultural education
Description: CHS and the CHS Foundation invest in programs that strengthen rural communities and build the next generation of agricultural leaders. The Cooperative Education program funds projects that educate students about the agricultural cooperative business model, with a focus on reaching middle school students through young producers. Funded projects should help build a diverse pipeline of future leaders in agriculture. Priority is given to national or multi-state programs.

Description: Total Spark 2026, a partnership between Total Wireless and Empower Work, provides grants to support students balancing school, work, and family. Eligible applicants are local nonprofits already serving working students and looking to expand their impact. Grants are awarded to one nonprofit in each of five cities: Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Newark, and Philadelphia. Grant funds may also be used to support broader programming that advances the organization’s mission for working students.
Funds for Early Literacy Programs in New Hampshire and Vermont
Children’s Literacy Foundation

Target population: Children
Description: The Children’s Literacy Foundation (CLiF) inspires a love of reading and writing among children up to age 12 in New Hampshire and Vermont. Its Year of the Book program provides up to $25,000 in literacy programs, support, and new children’s books to help schools build a culture of literacy. Public schools serving grades pre-K–6 with at least 35% of students eligible for free/reduced lunch and at least 30% scoring below ‘Proficient’ in reading and writing may apply.
Improving Health and Wellness in Southern Indiana
Being for Others Health and Wellness Foundation

Description: The Being for Others Health and Wellness Foundation supports nonprofit organizations, government entities, and schools working to improve health and wellness in southern Indiana. Community Collaboration Grants fund multi-sector partnerships that address systemic barriers to health. Funded initiatives may focus on areas such as healthcare access, mental health and substance use support, chronic disease prevention, transportation, early childhood and family support, housing and economic stability, social engagement, and community safety.

Description: The Union Home Mortgage Foundation helps families achieve economic self-sufficiency by funding nonprofits in states where Union Home operates. The Foundation supports two main areas. Financial literacy programs range from K–12 education to individualized credit counseling and debt management. Housing programs cover emergency, transitional, and permanent supportive housing, as well as affordable housing for people experiencing homelessness or other challenges such as mental health issues, trauma, or addiction.

Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs’ Transition In Place program funds community-based organizations to provide transitional housing services that help Veterans move into permanent housing.
